Trifecta Communications ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Folk Secrets Codex mobile application (the "App") for iOS. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information collection and usage through the App.

1. Information Collection and Use
We do not require user accounts, logins, or in-app purchases to use Folk Secrets Codex. We do not directly collect, harvest, store, or share any personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise GPS location).

2. Device Permissions (Camera Access)
To provide the core Augmented Reality (AR) experience, the App requires access to your device’s forward-facing camera.

Real-Time Processing Only: Camera data is processed exclusively in real-time on your local device to recognize surfaces, markers, or objects.
No Storage or Transmission: We do not record, upload, store, or transmit any video footage, photos, or images from your camera.

3. Third-Party Services
The App is built using the EasyAR augmented reality engine (provided by VisionStar Information Technology).
While the App itself does not collect personal data, the EasyAR SDK may automatically process basic, non-identifiable technical data from your device to ensure the AR engine functions properly and tracks surfaces accurately. This may include:

Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version.
The iOS identifierForVendor (IDFV) to distinguish unique sessions for performance diagnostics.
Technical motion sensor readings (gyroscope/accelerometer data) required to place AR objects in physical space.
